1. Introduction

Welcome to MyQRMood ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing our website, using our application, or purchasing our QR-integrated products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services Description

MyQRMood provides physical apparel products integrated with digital QR codes that link to user-customizable digital content ("Moods"). You acknowledge that the digital service is an accessory to the physical product.

3. User Conduct & Content

You are solely responsible for the content (text, images, links) you publish on your Mood page. We strictly prohibit content that is:

• Illegal, violent, threatening, or promotes hate speech.
• Pornographic or sexually explicit.
• Infringing on intellectual property rights.
• Malicious software or spam.

We reserve the right to remove any content and suspend accounts that violate these rules without refund.

4. Service Duration & Warranty

We guarantee the digital service functionality for a minimum period of 2 years from the date of purchase. After this period, we may require a check-in or renewal to keep the QR code active. We are not liable for physical wear and tear of the product that renders the QR code unreadable.

5. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time via the Settings dashboard. Upon deletion, your QR code will immediately stop functioning. This action is irreversible.
