Refund Policy

Because MyQrMood provides a pay-as-you-go credit system (“Moods”) that permanently allocates routing infrastructure for physical products, the refund policy is strictly usage-based.

1. Unused Packages (Full Refund)

You may request a full refund for any purchased package within 14 days of the transaction date, provided that zero (0) Moods from that specific package have been consumed.

2. Partially Used Packages (No Refunds)

The moment a single Mood from a purchased package is used (e.g., merged into a template or claimed by a user), the entire package is considered active and becomes strictly non-refundable. Partial or prorated refunds for remaining credit balances are not offered.

3. Free Credits

The initial complimentary Moods granted upon account creation hold no monetary value and are not eligible for any cash equivalent or refund.

4. System Errors and Technical Anomalies

Software bugs can occasionally happen. If you believe a Mood was incorrectly deducted from your balance due to a system error, failed artwork merge, or technical glitch on the platform, please reach out within 7 days of the occurrence.

You do not need to provide technical proof; simply share the date, time, and the design template you were working on. We will review the internal system logs. If a platform error is verified, the affected Mood(s) will be promptly restored directly to your account balance.

Please note: Verified technical anomalies are resolved exclusively by issuing credit replacements (Moods) to your account, not via monetary refunds to the original payment method.

How to request a refund or report an error

If you have an unused package within the 14-day window or experienced a system glitch, please contact us directly at support@myqrmood.com. Refunds are processed through the platform's payment provider (Paddle) and may take 3–5 business days to appear on your original payment method.
